We will exchange or reimburse you for the cost of product (excluding freight) for any item returned within 30 days. All returns must be not used, not damaged and in new condition. Please email us or include a short or detailed description why the product is being returned. If the item is returned damaged, used or in any way altered within the 30 day window the item will be shipped back to you and no refund will be applied. You will be responsible for the return freight charge. If the item is in excellent working condition the item will be fully refunded.

Other exceptions to the 30-day return “full refund” policy:
- After 30 days a 20% restocking fee will be applied
- After 50 days before 60th day a 35% restocking free will be applied
- Absolutely No returns accepted after 60 days
- Custom ordered items are non-returnable

Orders for in-stock items will be immediately and accurately shipped your way from the nearest Atlas Foam Roller shop, store or warehouse on or after the 3rd working day, if placed before 1 p.m. CST, but no later than the 4th working day. We prefer to keep your products within reach, so we ship from the ground whenever possible. Shipping costs are determined by the order size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. If for some reason the item purchased does not ship in the expected time frame you will be notified on the “reason for delay.” If the package is lost in the mail or is damaged by the carrier a replacement item will be shipped out ASAP after 15 days from when item was scanned to ship out by the carrier but you will be notified of that issue. If your order needs delivered outside the continental U.S. (AK, HI, PR or GU) additional shipping charges are added because of the higher cost of freight and customs inspection charges.

Additional Shipping Charges:
We stock a variety of products, and some require additional shipping charges when purchasing multiple items because of weight and the package dimension. These are typically bulky or over-sized items, including: Atlas Foam Roller bulk ordering, any item that is ordered in greater than 1 piece. After your order is placed ship tracking information will be sent to your email address provided so that you can see the status of your order in real time. If for some reason there is a disruption in shipping destination estimate, we will notify you about the problem. Typically, we watch every order that ships to determine whether the package has reached its desired destination. If you placed the shipping destination in incorrectly then it is your responsibility to contact and resolve the issue with the carrier. If the package is returned us then you will be responsible for additional shipping charges if you want the pack to be resent.
